Once your project has been reviewed by our team, you will receive an email with a time estimate or a request for additional information. After you approve the time estimate, your project timeline will be confirmed and ready to start!
Billing will be completed on a time and material basis. The hourly rate is $105 per hour, per technician. Materials will be added to the final invoice. Time begins when the technician arrives at your residence and ends when the technician leaves. Any time spent picking up materials will be included in the billable time. There is a one hour minimum and it is charged as a deposit to schedule your appointment. After your project is completed, our team will follow up the following day to finalize the invoice and collect payment.

We are a full service handyman company and can handle projects from leaky faucets to full home additions. Our technicians are trained in multiple trades and have the experience to handle a variety of projects. All you need to do is take a few pictures and include a job description and let us take care of the rest!

Our team of estimators and technicians will review pictures before they arrive to complete the project. Having pictures of what we are working on will help us provide a better time estimate and be better prepared before we arrive. Please send pictures from multiple angles of the project we are working and also send a few pictures that show the entire work area from afar. The more information you can send, the better.
Yes – You or an adult over the age of 18 who can make financial decisions for this project need to be present. If someone will be home and making decisions in your place, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating who that person is and that they are allowed to make decisions on your behalf. We require someone to be present in case unexpected discoveries arise or the project needs to be adjusted for any reason.
